바다표면 끓더니 거품 솟구쳐…해저 가스관 누출 배후는?

러시아에서 유럽으로 천연가스를 공급하는 가스관 3곳(노드스트림1, 2)에서 가스가 누출되는 사고가 발생했다고 합니다. 유럽국가들은 이건 사고가 아니고 '의도적인 행동'이라는 것에 의견을 맞추고 있습니다. 

덴마크군대는 27일 바다 표면에서 천연가스가 소용돌이치는 장면을 포착하고 대규모 유출사진을 공개했습니다.

Who has the means, the opportunity and the MOTIVE to do this?

Russia could have opened or closed the flow on their end any time they please. No motive.

Ukraine has no submarines. No means.

The United States has dozens of submarines, can't allow Russian profits and given that it's an area of conflict, it's a sure bet that they have assets in the area.

누가 어떤 의도로 이런 일을 저질렀을까요? 러시아는 언제고 원한다면 가스공급을 중단할수도 재개할수도 있어요. 의도가 없어요. 우크라이나는 잠수함이 없고요. 

미국은 잠수함이 수십대나 있고 러시아가 이득을 얻게 놓아둘 수가 없는 거에요. 

분쟁지역이라는 걸 감안하면 미국이 저지른 일이란 것을 알수있어요.

its actually very easy to attack under water pipelines any group that has excess to ships with remote underwater vehicles , subs or ability to guide down an under water explosive device  

사실 어떤 집단이라도 원격으로 조종하는 잠수함이나 배를 가지고 있다면 폭발물을 설치해서 해저 파이프라인을 공격하는 건 매우 쉬워요.
