(해외반응) 북한 과학자들, 독일 연구소와 군사기술 협력

5일 공개된 유엔 안전보장이사회 산하 대북제재위원회 보고서에 따르면 북한 과학자들이 다른 선진국 과학자들과 교류한 내용이 있습니다. 또한 북한이 여러 제재에도 불구하고 다른 나라들에 무기를 수출하고 있다는 정황도 있었다고 하네요. 보고서에는 북한 과학자들이 독일 막스보른 연구소와 함께 지난 2017년부터 9건의 학술논물을 공저한 것으로 드러났고 거기엔 김일성대 소속의 북한과학자 7명도 9건의 논문에 공동 저자로 이름을 올렸습니다. 내용은 첨단 광학센서, 광통신, 위성간통신, 군사 특수목적 통신시스템에 적용될 수 있는 기본이론이라고 합니다.

One of the principals in German society is that unawareness does not protect you from sentence. Every German is growing up with this conscience and with the knowledge about information being an obligation that needs to be performed by the receiver and not by the sender. As far as I know they did not cancel common sense in science yet. 

To say "we cannot know, we didn´t know", especially when it´s about this collaboration is an admission of guilt.

독일 사회의 주요 원칙 중 하나는 모른다고 형벌로부터 보호받지는 못한다는 것입니다. 모든 독일인들은 이 사실을 배우며 자라고 그런 인식과 정보가 받는 사람에 의해서 수행되어야하는 일종의 의무라고 생각합니다.

내가 아는 선에선 과학에서는 이런 상식을 아직 취소하지 않았습니다. "우린 알수 없다, 우린 몰랐다"라고 말하는 것은 실은 유죄를 인정하는 것입니다.

Non-collaboration must extend to stopping education of students from sanctioned countries in other countries and allowing employment outside their sanctioned country as well.

This just shows how hopeless Germany really is. The international community continuously warns Germans not to do certain things, but they do it anyways. There should be serious consequences for their actions, personally, I just no longer buy made in Germany products, and find alternatives. Actions have consequences!

이런 걸 보면 독일이 정말 희망이 없다는 걸 보여줘요. 국제사회는 계속해서 그런짓을 하지 말라고 독일에 경고하고 있지만 어쨌거나 그러네요. 독일의 행동에 대한 심각한 결과가 따라야 합니다. 더이상 독일산 제품을 사지 않겠고 대체제품을 찾으려고요. 행동이 결과를 보여주는 겁니다.

Germany is always at the cutting edge of science and technology. How is it that they make these mistakes in the political world? Nothing good can come from North Korea obtaining these technologies. 

Germany should have known that Russia would use oil and gas to blackmail them out of becoming evolved in aggressive military conquests.

독일은 과학기술분야에서 가장 최첨단에 있어요. 그런데 어떻게 정치세계에서 이런 실수를 저지를 수 있죠? 이런 기술분야에 있어 북한으로부터 얻을 수 있는 좋은 점은 하나도 없어요. 독일은 러시아가 공격적인 군사정복발전을 이루어내며 기름과 가스로 유럽국가들을 협박할 것이라는 걸 알았어야해요.

Call me crazy but there are some places where "scientific freedom" should not be allowed...when common sense fails...

Hey, I think Germany should also help build a pipeline to Russia and put everyone's well-being at the mercy of dictator Vladimir Putin.
