(해외반응) 호주의 아마추어 금 채굴자, 약 2억원짜리 금덩어리 발견

저가의 금속탐지기로 금을 찾아다니던 호주의 한 남성이 약 2억 8000만원 상당의 금이 들어있는 4.6킬로그램짜리 암석을 발견했습니다. 1800년대에는 호주 골드러쉬 중심부였던 빅토리아주 금광지대에서 이 암석을 발견한 것입니다. 호주 빅토리아주에서 금 거래소를 운영중인 데런 캠프씨는 지난 43년간 본 금덩어리중 가장 크다고 설명했습니다. 호주는 전 세계에서 금 매장량이 가장 많은 나라로 추정되며 과거에도 세계에서 가장 큰 금덩어리가 다수 발견된 바 있다고 합니다.

금덩어리 발견해서 좋겠네요. 현실이 아닌 것 처럼 느껴질듯. 

하지만 빅토리아 주에선 흔한 일이에요. 특히 부활절이 다가오면 항상 금이 발견되었어요. 몇년동안 그랬어요.
