75년이라는 연구가 내늫은 답이라...'아 그렇구나' 하고 감탄도 했지만
한편으로는 결국 스트레스를 덜 받거나 잘 해소 할 수있는 사람들이 오래 산다는 당연한 이야기와 비슷한 거 같네요.
