(미국반응) 캘리포니아 역사상 가장 값비싼 부동산 구매한 비욘세와 제이지 부부

최근 비욘세와 제이지가 캘리포니아 말리부에 위치한 태평양이 보이는 저택을 2억불(약 2천6백억원)에 구매한 것으로 알려져 화재입니다. 이는 캘리포니아 주 역사상 가장 비싼 매물로 유명 일본인 건축가 안도 타다오가 설계했고 이전엔 미술품 수집가 윌리엄 벨이 거주하고 있었다고 합니다. 해당 금액은 미국 역사상 두번째로 비싼 거주용 부동산거래라고 합니다.
