(미국반응) 한국관광객 구조해준 미국 부부, 한국에 초대되

지난 해 크리스마스 연휴 당시 미국 뉴욕주 버팔로에서 폭설에 갇힌 한국인 관광객 9명을 구해준 알렉산서 캄파냐(Alexander Campagna)씨 부부가 한국관광공사의 초청으로 한국여행을 오게 되었습니다. 5월 14일엔 한국관광공사 사장과 한식집에서 함께 식사를 하기도 했네요. 이들 부부는 미국에서 인연을 맺은 한국인 관광객들과 재회해 기념사진도 촬영했다고 합니다. 캄파냐씨 부부는 작년 12월 23일 폭설로 도로에 차량이 눈에 빠져버린 한국인들을 자기 집으로 초대해 2박3일간 머물수 있도록 침실을 내주고 연휴를 보낼 수 이도록 해줬습니다. 지난 13일 한국에 도착한 캄파냐씨 부부는 열흘간 한국 여행을 하고 돌아간다합니다. 해당 소식은 뉴욕타임지에도 소개되었습니다.
