What does "lack of support" mean???  How much support do you need to keep dogs?  Does he want financial compensation?  C'mon!  And what does "give them up" mean?  Throwing them out on the street?

"지원부족"의 의미가 무엇인가요?  개 키우는데 얼마나 많은 지원이 필요한가요. 재정적인 보상이 필요한가요. 포기하다니요. 그럼 거리에 버리나요
