촛불시위 해외반응 

요즘은 외신을 보며 오히려 뉴스역할을 한다 생각됩니다. 

서울시내에 모여 할로윈 압사 참사 희생자에 대한 촛불시위하는 시민들의 모습이 외신들에 의해 보도되고있습니다.  AFP도 보도했네요. 링크는 그 영상링크입니다.

The 137 police force were mostly dressed as pedestrians in order to crack down on drug abuse. There weren't precautions made like other years like making one-way streets.

Again, my heartfelt condolences to the families/friends of the victims but the policemen should not be blamed entirely. When in public, as a citizen you have a responsibility to keep yourself safe. 

가족을 잃은 이들에게 조의를 표합니다. 하지만 경찰만 자꾸 비난받아서는 안됩니다. 공공장소에 있을땐 시민으로서 스스로의 안전에 대한 책임도 질 줄 알아야 합니다.

The dead already can’t be resurrected, so what’s the point to apologise after such sad incidents happened, let’s hope there’ll be no more such big events unless it could be well handle. 

죽은 자는 더이상 살아나지 않으니 지금와서 사과가 무슨 의미가 있겠어요. 다만 다시는 이런 일이 일어나지 않게 해야 하겠지요.

My heart and prayers go out to everyone affected. But I don’t think it’s fair to always just blame the police when things go wrong.

The crowd itself needs to take some responsibility for what happened. All the videos showed people just kept trying to push into the area. It was undoubtedly the actions of a few that made the whole thing worse.

Crowd control is needed for events and holidays when most people are out, also a bit of common sense.

It reminds me 2014 after more than 100 high school children died on Sewol ferry. There were similar protests against the President that time.

2014년에 100명이 넘는 학생들이 세월호에서 사망한 일이 생각나네요. 그때도 이런 촛불시위가 있었잖아요.
