(미국반응) 미국에게도 마냥 좋은 건 아닌 달러강세현상 

몇일 전 9일, 미국 월스트리트저널은 달러화의 강세로 미국제조업체들의 경쟁력이 떨어지고 있다고 보도했습니다. 달러가치가 크게 오르면서 미국산 제품들의 가격경쟁력이 그만큼 떨어졌기 때문에 마냥 즐거울 수 만은 없다는 것입니다. 실제 미국 제조사들의 실적 부진도 확인되고 있다 하네요.

You have to consider net debt, the US is owed trillions by other countries. 60% of all foreign reserves are held in US dollars . there are more US dollars outside the US than inside the US . the US dollar represents 90% of all trades in foreign goods world wide . The US dollar is the global reserve currency . 

순부채도 고려해야 합니다. 미국은 여러 나라들에 수조달러르 빚진 상황이에요. 외환보유고의 60%는 미국 달러인데 미국 안에서보다 밖에서 미국 달러가 더 많아요. 전세계 무역거래의 90%는 미국 달러로 이루어지고 있습니다. 미국 달러는 전세계의 화폐에요.

US Dollar is going down in value eventually. India, parts of EU, SEA, and China are buying Russian gas in rubles and yuan. Every empire ends eventually. US is still powerful, but declining in global influence gradually. 

미국 달러는 결국엔 떨어질거에요. 인도, 일부 유럽국가들 중국은 러시아 가스를 루블화와 위안화로 사고 있어요. 모든 제국은 결국엔 끝납니다. 미국은 여전히 강하지만 점점 세계영향력은 줄어들고 있어요.

When the dollar is strong, it reflects a robust U.S. economy, low Federal Reserve interest-rate increases, and tax policies that encourage companies to bring back profits from abroad. On the other hand, a weak dollar can signal an economic downturn, rising inflation, or both.

미국 달러가 강세면 강건한 미국경제에 영향을 끼치죠. 연방준비제도이사회 낮은 금리는 오르고 해외의 기업들이 수익을 가져오도록 격려하는 세금 정책을 펼치게 됩니다. 반면 약한 달러는 경제를 어렵게 하고 물가상승을 부추기죠.

Housing was already unaffordable and oil companies see record profits, something tells me inflation isnt the problem there.

In the current case, a significant portion of the inflation is caused by supply chain disruptions. To reduce current inflation the government should be using tax incentives to compensate consumers for delaying their purchase of homes and other high priced items until next year and the following years, when the supply chains should be more stable, and our productive capacity will be restored. 

현재 상황에선 물가상승의 중요한 부분은 공급체인붕괴에서 비롯된 것입니다. 지금의 인플레를 잡기 위해선 정부가 세금 인센티브를 활용해서 소비자가 내년까지 돈쓰는 걸 지연시키는 것에 대한 보상을 해줘야 합니다. 내년쯤 되면 공급체인이 더 안정화될 것이고 우리 생산능력도 회복될 것이기 때문입니다.

Used to be all countries had savings in USD, but now, because of excessive, disastrous sanctions, and trade wars, many countries are avoiding the USD, and are now developing alternative systems of international payments....

원래 모든 나라들이 미국달러를 저축해놓으려고 했었지만 지금은 과도한 제재와 무역전쟁때문에 많은 나라들이 미달러를 피하고 이제 국제지불시스템에 있어 대안을 모색하고 있어요.
