차량이 달리고 있는 고속도로로 작은 비행기 한대가 비상착륙시도하며 추락합니다. 

몇일 전 9일 미국 캘리포니아주 91번 고속도로에서 있었던 일인데요 

비행기가 트럭과 충돌하며 불까지 났는데 인명피해는 없었다고 하니 천만다행인 일이네요.

Oh, that was definitely a crash landing. As a pilot with an engine out, you have to make some choices about where to set down. I wonder if there might have been a better choice than a busy freeway, but I wasn't there. It was lucky there weren't any injuries, because this one could have gotten much worse in a big hurry.

저건 완전히 불시착이였네요. 엔진이 나가버린 상황에서 파일럿은 어디에 착륙할 지 선택해야 했을 겁니다. 

바쁜 고속도로보다 더 나은 선택이 있었을 수도 있겠다는 하는 의문은 들지만 내가 거기 있었던 건 아니니까요. 인명피해가 없어서 정말 다행이였어요. 왜냐면 이건 정말 급한 상황에서 훨씬 더 상황이 안좋게 되었을 수도 있잖아요.

I live and fly around Corona and there are not really any options to put the aircraft down other than the freeway.

Not many choices there, 2 miles from the airport, a golf course just over a mile away.  I'd hate to set it down on a freeway.

아마 선택옵션이 많지 않았을 거에요. 공항에서 2마일밖에 떨어지지 않은 곳이고 1마일 밖에 골프코스가 있죠. 그래서 내가 고속도로에서 멈추는 걸 정말 싫어해요.

These small hobby planes are so stupid. Putting everyone’s lives in danger for no reason. Shouldn’t be legal.

If you can walk away from a crash you are lucky.  So glad they both are ok.  The plane you can replace, not a life

충돌사고에서 걸어나올 수 있는 거라면 정말 운이 좋은거죠. 양쪽다 무사해서 정말 다행이에요. 

비행기는 바꿀 수 있지만 목숨은 그렇지 않잖아요.

Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing! If it happened later in the afternoon, that part of the freeway is bumper to bumper cars and it would have been a real mess.

어떤 착륙이라도 거기서 걸어나올 수 있다면 잘한 착륙이에요! 저 사고가 만일 오후에 발생했다면 도대체 몇중 추돌사고로 이어졌을 지 완전히 난잡하게 되었을 겁니다.

I was on the 91 freeway we where 6 cars away where the plane crashed luckily we didn't see anybody get hurt.

제가 91번 도로에 있었고 우리 차가 저 비행기가 추락한 지점에서 6대 가량의 차량 거리에 있었어요. 운좋게도 우린 그 누구도 다친 사람 못봤어요.

I got a feeling that most of the airplane crashes lately are due to maintenance issues. Experienced and dedication to the job, if you don't have that don't work on planes

요즘 대부분의 비행기 사고가 유지보수 문제인 것 같네요. 해당 일에 숙련도와 경험도가 떨어진다면 비행기에서 작업하면 안돼죠.

Or perhaps companies are cutting back on maintenance checks/repairs due to shortage of  finances following the pandemic.

아니면 아마도 비행사들이 팬데믹 이후 재정문제 때문에 유지보수에 대한 비용을 줄여버렸을 지도 몰라요.
