최근 폭발적인 이용도를 자랑하고 있는 AI, 챗 GPT에서 다른 사용자가 나눈 대화 주제 이력이 타인에게 고스란히 노출되는 오류가 발생했습니다. 이로인해 사생활 침해 논란이 일어나고있습니다. 22일 IT매체에 따르면 지난 20일부터 트위터와 레딧 등을 통해 챗GPT에서 내것이 아닌 대화기록이 보인다며 글과 인증사진을 올린 게시글들이 올라오기 시작했습니다. 챗GPT 최고경영자 샘 올트먼은 유출된 경위를 조사중에 있다고 밝혔습니다.

Honestly, I can definitely see this being the future of AI. A hyper intelligent being who continuously works to manipulate you into buying stuff. 

솔직히 이런 걸 보면 미래의 AI가 어떻게 흘러갈 지 보인다. 너무 똑똑한 AI시스템은 우리가 계속 뭔가를 사도록 조종할 것 같다.

seriously though. this tech is so advanced, and has had the most growth of any company in human history, it’s wild how entitled these people feel over a technical preview. it’s a special sort of mania.

하지만 진심으로 하는 말인데 요즘 기술이 너무나 발전되어 있고 인류역사상 가장 높은 성장률을 보이고 있어 AI개발자들이 얼마나 자신감을 가지고 있는지 믿기지 않을 정도다. 이것도 어떤 특별한 종류의 집착같다.

사람들은 조만간 더 빠른 속도로 노동자로서 시간효율을 높여야 할 것이며 그럼에도 여전히 매달 20달러를 지불해야 할 겁니다.

I think $20/mo is cheap for the value I get out of it.

전 매달 챗GPT에 20달러씩 쓰는 거 내가 이용하는 거에 비해 싸다고 생각해요.

It's a lot of outages, but given the fact they are dealing with one of the craziest scaling demands the internet has ever seen, I think they are doing relatively fine.

사실 인터넷이 개발된 이래로 가장 수요가 넘치고 있는 사실을 고려해봤을때 서비스 장애가 많아진 것 같아요. 그런데 그런 것 치곤 상대적으로 괜찮아요.

I don't really think it's a steep price. If they were auctioning off week long unlimited access passes how much do you think they'd go for?

챗GPT에 내는 돈 터무니없는 비용은 아닌 것 같아요. 만약에 일주일 무제한 패스를 경매에 붙있다면 그 가격이 얼마나 될 지 생각해 봐요.

Based on the other thread where people saw other user's history and lots of odd China based questions, I think they had some kind of security issue.

타인의 사용기록을 봤다는 것과 중국관련된 많은 질문들을 봤을때 이거 정말 보안문제가 있는 것 같아요.

They really need to separate the free tier infrastructure from the paid one.

챗GPT는 유료사용자 인프라와 무료사용자 인프라를 분리할 필요가 있어요.

Sometimes systems go down. Sometimes your roof leaks. A button falls off your expensive suit. Get over it. If it went down for too long, they’d refund you or add extra time to your subscription.

어쩔땐 시스템이 다운되고 때로운 지붕에 물이새죠. 단추가 비싼 양복에서 떨어질때도 있고요. 해결하면 돼요. 오랫동안 다운되면 환불해주거나 구독기간을 늘려주겠죠.
