인류최초의 키스, 4500년전으로 추정

덴마크와 영국 교수진에 따르면 키스는 4500년 전 고대 메소포타미아 지역에서 문화로 자리 잡은 것으로 밝혀졌습니다. 지금까지는 성적인 의미의 키스에 대한 최초 기록은 청동기 시대인 기원전 1500년 경으로 추측되어왔으나 고대 메소포타미아 문명의 유물로 나온 점토판을 근거로 키스에 대한 기록을 찾아냈습니다. 기원전 2500년 전 제작된 것으로 추정되는 이 점토판에는 한 유부녀가 키스 후 불륜에 가까워진 상황을 묘사했고 같은 시기의 점토판에는 미혼 여성이 앞으로 남성과 키스와 성행위를 하지 않겠다고 맹세하는 내용이 담겨있었습니다.
