핀란드가 공식적으로 나토의 31번째 회원국이 됩니다. 스톨텐베르그 나토 사무총장은 4월 3일 벨기에 브뤼셀의 나토 본부에 처음으로 핀란드 국기가 게양될 거라면서 핀란드의 나토 가입을 공식화했습니다.
