(조지아) 러시아 전쟁 특수로 경제성장률 10% 초호황 맞아

어느 나라에 전쟁이 일어나면 그걸로 인해 자연스럽게 혹은 인위적으로도 이득을 보는 쪽은 늘 있습니다. 러시아 전쟁으로 인해 늘 가난하고 경제성장률도 낮았던 이웃나라 조지아는 경제호황기를 맞았다고 하네요.

전쟁때문에 가까운 조지아로 건너온 돈 있는 러시아인들이 현금을 풀면서 민간소비가 성장의 견인차가 되었는데 러시아인 입국자의 절반가량이 IT업종과 기술직 등 고급인력으로 조지아에도 도움이 된다고합니다. 

참고로 조지아는 인구 370만명의 작은 나라로 옛소련 연방 국가였다가 1991년 소련 해체 후 독립했습니다. 2008년 러시아와의 전쟁으로 자국 영토 일부를 빼앗긴 이후 강대국 러시아를 더 자극하지 않기 위해 경제적 사회적으로 밀접한 관계를 유지해올 수 밖에 없었다고 합니다.
